@Jerryll Noorden thank you for your response. I know I mentioned Georgia but that wasn’t my main focus. I just wanted to get the necessary steps or resources to obtaining leads. I was just stating what area I’m in that’s all.

I’m new to the real estate field & I need help! What are the best steps in finding sellers in the Georgia market? Is it best to start at title companies or search websites for a list of sellers? What are some websites with motivated seller listings?
