It requires little to no money down and is a simple entry method into the world of real estate find a group to connect with that will help educate and motivate you in your process.

As long as the tenant is a good one that has a history of paying on time then it helps with selling a cash flowing property. There are investors always looking to expand their portfolio with cash flowing properties just be honest and upfront about the property repairs and rental income. The right investor will buy of it is a good deal.

I have a line on a few properties owned by an out of state absentee owner and I'm trying to find the best method to contact them the numbers I've skipped have not been valid thus far and I need a different tactic so I'm curious what other people are doing in this situation?
