Jim,

Welcome to BP! Glad to hear you are deciding to get back into real estate investing. I just started in real estate investing with my wife in April of 2015 with our first single family rental. Since then we have purchased two more single family rentals and are scheduled to close on our 4th house on Feb 13th. At this stage I would say we are addicted. 

@Bennett Wiltfang and @Jim Ellingson I wouldn't mind getting together sometime either to talk real estate and see how our common interests can support each others goals. My wife and I are free this weekend if either of you have time?

Rick and Judy, I was wondering if you have had any success in finding a tax professional as I am looking for one myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
