Sounds amazing! Love to connect...I personally tend to lean towards Single Family buy and hold but I always like connecting with people who do other things. Its nice to have a variety of people in your contact list!

Learning by doing is a great way to get the experience. Just be careful along the way...if I have learned anything in my years license and prior to as a private investor its that mistakes here ARE DAMN EXPENSIVE! If you ever wanna connect I'd love to hear about the plans you got moving forward!!!

Great location, between two schools and walking distance to one. The appreciation in the area has been amazing thus far...0 vacancies to top it all off!

It pays to screen your tenants!

This one caught my eye because of where it was at. Its nothing special, Class B- area kinda place. The neighborhood though is getting some investor attention and things are starting to remodel in the area. The appreciation around there is really been nice. 0 vacancy to top it all off!
