I replied, but also want to do it here to alleviate further inquiries on the topic just in case. I have three total, one of which is listed on the NWMLS, other two are off market. All have mortgages, so no seller financing opportunities. The only draw here is that I will be willing to sell all 3 of the properties one go for $1mil. Market pricing on the three is 450k, 340k, and 280k if i took the time to work them individually for reference.

I do not know if THIS place is the right place or not, but as the title says, I am looking to sell my properties. 

All single family homes, 2 with fresh leases (longtime tenants), 1 vacant with 4% FHA loan...assumable? One is on market, other two are off-market.

I would list more here, but I am not even sure if this is the right place for this post or not. If wrong place, please help point me in the right direction, much appreciated. If you want more info, ask and I will post.
