Selling my 3 SFR, 2 in Longview,Wa & 1 in Cathlamet, Wa

I do not know if THIS place is the right place or not, but as the title says, I am looking to sell my properties. 

All single family homes, 2 with fresh leases (longtime tenants), 1 vacant with 4% FHA loan...assumable? One is on market, other two are off-market.

I would list more here, but I am not even sure if this is the right place for this post or not. If wrong place, please help point me in the right direction, much appreciated. If you want more info, ask and I will post.
