@Michael Limina I hope to have about 6-8 people but I will need help organizing everything.

I want to start a mastermind/ real estate group for inexperienced investors in the Charleston SC market. The focus of the group would be to help one another with the first deal and possibly go into a deal together later on down the road. Where would I go or who can I get in touch with that would want to partner with me and split a deal so I could learn this business in Charleston SC? I don't have a lot of capital but want to learn the process of flipping a house.
