@Brian Burke thanks for sharing. I’ll look that up. I love the abundant roles of these summits. So much to take away when you show up and give too!

@David Monroe I’m trying to bring value to the people I respect most in the business by giving platforms for new opportunities to network, bringing capital and deal flow together and seeing others improve. This will be a “take a breath” on heavy acquisition year for me, but I’m looking to help others reach their goals. Not as a paid consultant, but because it’s so much of a rush to watch the light bulbs turn on!

There are many events available throughout the year. We are putting one on and the main goal is to unite new relationships and grow opportunity and skills. We want to ensure we bring the most value to the attendees and the speakers. What are the things you want to see most in these events?

We are hosting an investor summit. The goal is to bring together the brightest minds we know regarding syndication, how to replace your income, self directed IRA, how to crowd fund, and advice from private equity and student family operators with well over $100M in assets (both did this in their lifetime with zero inheritance). If you were to attend what would you want added to this event and what main takeaway(s) would you want to get for attending? Thanks in advance! Wanting to make this an incredible event for all who attend.

Thanks for the details. If you have it listed send it on over with the listing details and also the info on what it would sell for. I have a group of people that may be interested that I will distribute it to for you. Not looking for commission for the record but happy to present it if you send with comps that support your value and rents.

What are the current terms you're working with that expire end of December? What is the principal balance, the total equity in the deal if it were to sell this week, and NOI? I may have some options to assist you with or a couple pointers on how to solve in your local market depending on the answers. Sorry you've had so many curve balls of life recently. Don't lose hope, keep pressing forward, and keep trying to be a part of the solutions. Not just for yourself, but look for ways to help others sincerely and the karma jar will unequivocally swing back in your way as long as that's not your goal :)
