Hi there!

I own a 2BR/2BTH condo with a backyard & community pool in 78753 - North Austin / Coppertree , right next to Walnut Creek. 

The place is completely renewed and modernized, and also furnished. 

I look for somebody/a property management company to help me to sublet it starting from mid-May for a 3-4 months period. I'll be in Europe until September/October. 

Later I wanna decide if I want to travel back to Austin or make another short term/long term sublet of the property.

So right now I need support for a 3-4 month short term furnished sublet , because I'll be in Europe all the time and I wanna have somebody taking care of the property just in case something happens.

Anybody interested? Or would you give a contact to me maybe?

They opened a HQ which has space for 1000 people in Culver City last year, in LA. But after all things happened I wouldn't be surprised if they make a bigger investment and create a new HQ in Austin as you have mentioned.
