Hi @Michael Norris! Thanks so much for responding to me. The wholsale market has always been very interesting to me as well but with all the back and forth with the legal aspects of it I decided to go in a different direction. Thanks for the telling me about Lambert. I'm not opposed to getting my first property in the Hilton Head area either, I just have to get some working capital. I think that was why I wanted to go with a seller financing option first. Hopefully I can catch a meeting soon. Thanks again!

Do you have any suggestions for finding potential clients outside of meetups? I have a growing list of services in the works and can't wait to dive in!

Hi! I'm new to real estate and am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license. I hope to get into the multi family rental properties market and go from there. I would love to get to know some of my fellow investors and agents in the area to network and learn from. If anyone has any advice please let me know! Also, can anyone recommend a good brokerage firm to attach my license too?
