Hello Jason, I am looking for an area that has distressed houses in the $20-30,000 range....and yes, I will then look for realtors used to dealing with investors, who can find just that criteria.

The course I did is set up to work in the USA.. including my LLC. Besides ,if I want to do it from my office, does it matter where in the world I wholesale?

So , my question is/was .. which areas does anyone know of that still has distressed houses.I worked Austin for a short time, but the realtors I found did not work with investors, and kept sending me $150,000 houses.

Hi.. I am a newbie from Mississauga, Canada.  My plan is to find distressed houses in the USA,  and flip..  however, I have difficulty assessing areas of interest. Anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks
