I would like to start wholesaling. What is a good pitch for the seller when you are ready to make an offer and get a house under contract? And how do I let the seller know that I would be selling the contract to another investor who will be the actual person purchasing the house?

Would it be a good investment to get a house under contract that is in pre forclosure?

I would like to get into wholesaling, my question is getting a pre forclosure house under contract a good investment?

Do you have to pay an agent for the contract? if so I will try the templates on BP.

I have gone on several webinairs and I'm doing a lot of reading. I would like to start wholesaling but I'm not sure how to get started. Should I search for a property first? Once I find a seller then how do I go about getting a contract?
