Hello.  My wife and I are looking to buy an investment property in the San Antonio area, probably a duplex or other multi-unit.  Just wondering if someone can give an idea of the current market there and what neighborhoods are better than others.  Much appreciated.

Hi. Does anyone know of any lender that will loan on investment properties with a 20% down payment vs. 25%? I have heard that there are a few out there. Thank you in advance.
