Question to all RE professionals, I'm selling my investment property in Philadelphia, PA and Buyer elected Wood Infestation Inspection and inspector found termites in a property, but report has no photos just a schematic drawing so Buyer and his agent pushing me to pay $1050 for termite treatment. Do I have to pay for it as a Seller?

As I said, I`m ready to reward for access, I know a lot of folks having access to MLS, not being licensed, just paying cash to realtors and heading some potential clients to them, that didn't work out for me. It`s like partnership, win-win situation. Never heard that agents had problems, like you just mentioned.
