Hi everybody, I`m an newbie wholesaler from Philadelphia, PA and have a potential deal in Philadelphia, thinking to buy and hold this property or flip it. Don`t know where and how to start with short sale. Looking for a real estate agent familiar with a process and just an appropriate advice would help a lot.
