Hello all? Can anyone recommend any land developers in Richmond va? I am a wholesaler who's interested in developing land? Can anyone make suggestions, and where I should start or how to get my feet in the door? Thanks in advance

I'm just getting started and haven't done any deals yet. I'd like to know how should I go about getting funding? What should the conditions be and how do I know how much to give from the deal. How much is an average to give on a loan? Once I find a potential property how should I react?

On Saturday I met a real Investor and he told me he would rather have owner financed properties for investor properties. Is there  any way for wholesalers to capotalize in ths field. In other words is there any way for wholesalers to make a profit from a deal that a owner financed property is sold?

I  want  to thank everyone for my previous post! It has helped me a lot. How do I find a list or create a list of cash buyers in my area. Richmond Virginia seems to be a very tough market to breakthrough in. I see that it seems larger cities seem to appear easier to make these contacts. How do I create this list in a commonwealth state? Thanks for any help offered....
