Wholesale contract
Hello I'm new to this site as well as being new to the real estate scene!! I'm trying to get into wholesaling first! I'm having trouble creating a contract! I am trying to create the contract between the seller and myself so that I will have an equitable interest in the property! Any suggestions or examples??
