Hello folks! My name is Vedran Rimarcuk. I am a resident of Brookfield, WI (Greater Milwaukee Area) with eight years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance. I recently began a new career as a Mortgage Broker with Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. I am responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial, self-storage, senior housing and hospitality. This is my first post on BiggerPockets. I am hoping to meet other CRE investors and developers on the Forums as I start to build my book of business as a Mortgage Broker. My ideal client is someone looking to finance a new purchase or refinance an existing multi-family loan (typically between $3-$10 million but no maximum). Thank you all for reading.
