Hello everyone been reading the beginners guide and a few books. Been thinking for a few years about investing in rentals. I got referred by my brother to this site and he's right, a lot of great info. I have a lot to learn.

The more I read the more courage I get to start investing. Thanks everyone for supporting such a great site.
