Hello,

I am new to Investing and trying to decide where would be a better place for me to start my Investing career. My two choices are between Florida and Dallas, TX. Would appreciate any advice. 

I am trying to find out who the "Big Players" in Dallas are. The people closing the most deals, so I can do searches using the County Recorder to build a buyers list. Any advice anyone would care to share on how to get this done best?
