Hi BP!

I am NOT a new investor but I AM new to the Baltimore City market. I will be focusing on a "buy and hold" strategy in Baltimore. My experience has been in the buy and flip strategy so i am a rookie when it comes to rentals. I close on my first rental in 3 weeks and i already have a property management/tenant placement company in mind. 

I am just looking for some advise from any Baltimore investors on what to look out for when investing in Baltimore City. also, as stated above, i close on my first rental (hollins st market area) in 3 weeks and would like to know what i should begin doing now before the closing date in order to better prepare myself for my investment journey in baltimore.
