I am currently living in Huntsville and want to start investing with multi-family real estate. I need experience and I am willing to work for knowledge of how transactions go from start to finish. Hey first off thanks for the response. I have been looking at property and have a few ideas but need investors. How do I go about acquiring/meeting investors? Also would it benefit me to work for a local realtor to gain experience in the field first?
