First off thanks everyone for a great 2019.

My question has to do with refinancing a home I bought in my LLC's name.

I 100% own the LLC.

Can I refinance the home in my personal name using conventional financing without selling the house to myself?

If not, am I allowed to sell the house to myself?

I am taking your advice on adding our contracting cost into the HUD 1. We will escrow them with the closing attorney. I sat down with First Citizens and First Nat. this week. They said that our loans will have to season before they can refinance. That is pretty typical correct? Wish you well brother and Airborne!

Need a good real estate lawyer in North Carolina.  I want to severe ties with my PM after this contract (March).  I have a great tenant and they are telling me that i have to resign with them if the tenant stays.  Is that true?  Can i not fire them after the contract expires and still keep the tenant?
