Hello I will be moving to the Manchester area in the next 60 -90 days. I am looking for lenders experienced with using va loans for multi-family units. The plan is live in one of the units and rent the additional units.

I'm a vet and new to the re concept of wealth building. Looking to b&h supported by rental income. Currently I live in a single on a va loan with cap room.
My question: Has anyone taken a 2nd va note out on a second property while still having an active first loan?
