We are converting our house into a rental property and there is an interior security camera (part of a NEST system) in the main living area Is there any reason I have to remove it when tenants occupy the property?

@Wesley W. Why not negotiate wIth her to move out? (cash for kets?) Then remind her that she will be responsible for the cost of all future repairs to closets in her unit? Get and use the price of having a subcontractor do the work. And remind her that she has already forfeited her security deposit. And raise the rent. Just a thought.
