I'm currently in the learning phase of my real estate journey. I’m interested/ leaning about commercial multifamily, mobile home parks, and self-storage. I’m going to start going to events and networking. Since I haven’t started my company yet I don’t want a business card stating I’m an investor and mislead anyone. Instead I thought I could make what I’m calling a real estate networking card. I’m thinking of making some cards with the info below. On the other side I was thinking about putting my picture with my name on the bottom.

What are your thoughts about this?

Is there anything you think I should change?

@Todd Dexheimer I had those on my list, but since it was published in 2007 & 2008 I thought it might only talk about strategies and concepts that wouldn't apply in today's market, but I'll give them another look. :)

I want to invest in multi-family & commercial property. I’m new to investing in real estate and would like to have a strong foundation before I start looking at property and investing. I figured the best way to learn and build the foundation was through books, podcasts, YouTube, and of course this amazing site! I’m currently putting a book list together. I was wondering if those of you that have read some of the books on my list could help me weed out the books not worth purchasing, so I can simplify my list. My thought process for picking out books is trying to find books that are more recent on multi-family investing, books that expand on specific topics like cashflow, financing etc. I tried to find books that were written by people who are investors or experts on the topic of the book.
