@Ian yes I'm reading up on that as well here and there. I would still need a small percentage of my money if I use others peoples money also. I'm saving money until then.

@karen thanks I will look into it. I work two jobs 6am-830pm so hopefully I find some on the weekends.

@Josh I am currently working two jobs. I have a ton going on with court stuff and tickets that are an outcome of a bad decision I made. I am working on saving when I can. I'm shooting at it from two angles to earn some capital. I want to do wholesaling because of the great gains I can. I am not afraid of a lot of work nor am I afraid to learn a complex strategy. I can get more capital wholesaling in a year I believe than saving at the moment.

My name is Victor, I am 23 years young, live in Mobile Alabama and I'm new Dreamer wanting to be financially free. I will eventually build a business in Real Estate. 

I currently have little money so I am looking into wholesaling. I've listened to audio books, podcasts, youtube videos and I want to say I have my head wrapped around it alright.

If there's anyone near me looking to help someone new out that would be great. Maybe you once recieved help starting out and you are looking to pass the favor on as will I. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If you have a story of your own to share I'd like to hear that as well. Thanks in advance!

I have recently gained interest in wholesaling.  I started doing a little research when I came across the legal aspect of it. I am in Mobile, Alabama and can't find anything telling me if it's legal or not here. Maybe I'm not searching correctly or the answerr is front of me and I don't know. 

I only known the basics which is being the middle man between seller and buyer for a few. I wanted to figure out if I could do that here legally before doing tons of research. If indeed it is legal I am pretty determined to be VERY great at it.I have never been more serious about something in my life. THANKS in advance.
