I agree with Robin Moore. Prep Agent on YouTube. I didn’t sign up for his program also, just watched all his videos and listen his lessons over and over again, until I start answering on all his questions before the people he interviewed. I learn more from him then from my class. No crush course and passed on first try. 😊

Hello BP nation! I just got my real estate license and my plan is to become an asset for Investors. For last few years I've been working with an investor-mentor-flipper, who thought me how to find sweet deals, how to analyze them and make rehab estimates. I've also learned how to talk to FSBO's, motivated sellers, how to do direct mail campaigns and I even got one deal from my "bandit signs". My mentor encourage me to get a license, so I could represent her in transactions and now I also have access to MLS. My plan is to keep doing what I do best( finding real deals, but more legal way), and expand my buyers list. If you're interested to invest in Desert market lets connect!

P.S. Does anyone know of any REI meetings in the desert? The closest I found is in Riverside.
