@Ronnie Allison. Building wealth one house at a time is a great one I recommend paper version it’s hard to listen because there are numbers involved

Hi Barb, nice to meet you on line. I am also in Northern VA. I recommend taking a course as long as it is less than $1,000. I am new on this and am taking an awesome course with Chad Carson. What I like about it is the opportunity to speak with him in the 'office hours' (is online). Even after the course is over he offers office hours for alumni, he is an awesome guy with a lot of experience. His course is like $850 on line and it takes like 2 months. This year he will offer another one. I hope this helps :-)
