I'm still figuring out where to invest. I would like to invest in multi-family homes. The Bay Area might be too expensive so I am also learning about investing elsewhere.

Yes, I do fly and out of KPAO and typically in a Diamond DA40. I also fly Cessna 172 every so often :-)

Hello, my name is Victor from the San Jose area in California. I have been a homeowner since early 2000s thanks to a special first-time homebuyer program where they funded my downpayment with no payment requirement for the 1st five years. I managed to move up from one property to the next by selling my old home and buying another.
However, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to the topic of real estate investment.
I'm especially interested in multi-family homes and I'd like to learn as much as possible from the experts here.
I also enjoy flying and I do so as much as I can with friends and family.
