@Brad Hammond hey dude thank you. My problem becomes debt to income on the eyes of the bank.... obviously at 800k plus for properties that debt to income does get eaten up quickly... any suggestions?

I am in the NY area buying multi family properties. Values being 800k plus how do keep obtaining properties with my regular job income of 150k a year? Will the bank keep lending to me based off of just my portfolio? If so which bank? Please help!!!!

The home owner is the problem, he wants to deliver with the tenant, which I believe is his gf, it’s the only way he will sell the 150-200k below value, so I want to swipe the property and send him away in cuffs after somehow

Thanks Michael... the home owner has very odd request, in my eyes it’s to keep his crack den operational, but the hone is coming in 150k plus under appraisal and will make amazing money monthly if I can buy it and get them out afterwards.

I am looking to buy a home that has tenants who are basically dealing drugs out of the home.... how do I handle this??? I didn’t buy the home yet but I want it.

When looking at foreclosure properties, in not so desirable areas, that need a good deal of renovation work is that bank more negotiable then not? And how low can they go?
