Mitch Stephen did you use an attorney for drafting your purchase/sale agreements when working without a realtor? Does it become easier to do it yourself after a while?

Ned Carey can share with us your method of contacting the owners of non-listed properties? I've sent letters in the past using addresses found on tax records; this method however, seems to be highly inefficient because I have not received any responses yet. Can you share more about your experiences or lessons learned?
