Background : Just purchased an owner occupied 2 bed 2 bath condo at trustee sale for flipping. This 2006 built condo seems to be in decent shape and may require cosmetic fix up. Question : While I work with the previous owner to vacate, what are some quick / creative sale strategies that I can use to flip without having to wait for the previous owner to vacate? Thank you!

Greetings!

Has anyone used Qazzoo (http://www.qazzoo.com/real-estate-lead) for buyer lead generation? Is it worth paying $149 per month? Appreciate if you could please share your experience.

On a related note, what are the other such lead generation tools and your experience with them - if any?

Thank you in advance for sharing your insights.

-Vin

Greetings!

Wondering is there a way to find homes that are listed for sale (regular, shortsale, make me move) that are below FMV (preferred) or zestimate or other such measure by a specified %?

It will be great if one can specify additional search criteria like year of construction, type, price, zip etc.,

I am sure there has to be a better way of doing this which many of more savvy investors may be using.

Thank you in advance for your guidance!
