What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Originally purchased to conduct short term rentals. It was one of the few buildings where the HOA allowed STR. It was doing well, about $1000- $1500 net profit/month depending on season. Now rented Long Term and barely breaking even.

Lessons Learned: Don't buy an investment property and rely on STR to pay the bills

What made me interested was the location and price. Ton of high end construction going on in Brickell. Building is relatively affordable for the area and new.
