Condo buy & hold investment in Miami.

Purchase price: $225,000

Studio Apt in Brickell.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

What made me interested was the location and price. Ton of high end construction going on in Brickell. Building is relatively affordable for the area and new.

Lessons learned: HOAs are a huge pain
