Hey Vivan, if you are looking for 3k return monthly, then you would want to invest in a SFH in a good rental market or maybe a lower grade condominium with tenants in place already. It will be harder to find a condominium on your buy box, but not impossible depending on the market, but I will say that Middle Tennessee is showing SEVERAL different areas that contain 1% and better rental properties! I have personally seen HUGE ROI's in this market, and it won't slow down anytime soon!
Would love to know more. Have sent you a connection request.

Hi Everyone,
I have been on this forum for quite a while and got all the motivation to start real estate investing from here. I have finally saved around 50k to start investing in real estate. I live in California but I want to invest out of state to get a better deal. My aim is to achieve financial freedom through real estate and make atleast 3000$ with a few real estate investments I make.
If there is anyone who was in the same position and achieved what I am planning to achieve or can help me please let me know.
Thanks in Advance

I have been having the same feeling since a long time now. Most of my friends are either happy in their 9 to 5 or are getting married. I am just 27 and I feel there is so much to do in life rather than some basic ****.
I am from LA and looking to connect to like minded people around the area.

Hello,
I am currently on H1B visa and thinking of buying an investment property in USA. I may have to shift back to my home country in some time in future. What will happen to the investment property? How much taxes do I have to pay?
Also, are there people handling properties from outside usa, can the management companies be completely trusted?
Any help appreciated. Thanks
Post: Best place for house hacking in bay area?

Hi,
I am thinking for buying my first ever real estate investment property in 2020. I live in the San Francisco bay area and thinking for investing here only by house hacking. I want to know what is the best place for house hacking in the bay area?
Is something in Oakland, Hayward or easy bay make sense or something south of San Francisco like Daly city would be better?
I understand that Bay area is not a cash flow play but appreciation play. I would be buying more properties in the future so that the old ones start cash flowing once I move out.
Any suggestions or tips appreciated.
Thanks
Post: Are there any lenders who lend for investments out of country?

Hi,
I was just thinking whether there are lenders who would lend for a deal that is not in the US and outside the country. What I am looking for is a property deal in India which I am very interested in but I am not sure if I would have the capital for that deal since I am thinking of buying something in the US. So, just want to know if there are any hardmoney lenders who would sponsor a deal outside the country?
