definitely. i have got the details from them for their existing landlord. however, that name does not match the owner on the city tax office property records. and they have confirmed that they provided the landlord's details, not the property manager's details.
I believe that should match or it is possible to not match? trying to rule out talking to a fake landlord on a fake number as landlord may not be willing to prove me the ownership of their property.

How about having a larger advance such as 3 months rather one?

Well withdrawal does not mean spending. But yes I hear you. It is a bit secretive where the money goes that way.

So I got a tenant application who has a credit score of about 520 and same for spouse. No debts and almost nothing on credit report. It's almost blank. With a few inquiries from auto dealers.
they shared 3 months bank statement and cash app summary showing 10,000 per month coming and withdrawal as well as withdrawal so maintaining close to 0 balance. They mentioned they live debt free and don't ever buy on anything on credit.
my house rent would be 2300. I showed them and they looked nice with good car, good dressing.
Though I feel like leasing them but still like not sure. Happy to provide more info if someone can guide on this
Property 1:
Listed for $292,500
Rental estimates $2050 - $2100.
Year built: 1980
Renovation cost: $5000
Built area: 1528 sq ft
Property 2:
Listed for $330,000
Rental estimates $2050 - $2100
Year built: 1993
Renovation cost: $10000
Built area: 1677 sq ft
Both properties are about $50,000 less than the market prices. Striking factors are: Poprerty 1 is 15 years older than Property 2. 150 sqft smaller as well. However, of course, lower cost of entry.

Hi Vivek,
15 years ago, I founded and remain a partner in a solar energy development company. We develop utility scale pv projects.
Getting a commercial grade project approved, built and operational is as complicated as a ground up real estate project and has a number of additional features that make them even more complex.
Your best bet would be to identify a number of solar developers and run any property by them before going too far in dreaming and scheming on a project that may only exist in your mind.
Any pointers to buy and lease the land to the companies for solar farming?
