Hi Everyone,

Looking for suggestions on how to heat and cool new build apartments. I am building 2 additional 8 unit buildings to an existing complex. Currently the other apartments are heated with eclectic baseboards and window unit A/Cs. Weighing out the option of going with mini splits or same baseboards. These are C class 1 and 2 bed 900-1000sqft single level apartments. There is no gas at the property so has to be electric. All units are separately metered. What's my best option?

Hi everyone,

My name is Vlad and I live in Fairport. I just discovered Bigger Pockets so I’m a little late to the thread. I’ve been a real estate investor for about 20 years with my first $6k property bought while I was still in high school. Bought and sold a bunch of properties over the years, however it was never my primary job. This year I decided to expand my portfolio. Would be happy to network and meet some likeminded people in the area.
