Is an escrow deposit needed in purchase and sale contract for wholesaling? I am working through my very first wholesale deal now so I may be asking lots of questions on here.

I have started a personalized yellow letter direct mail campaign. All my letters are handwritten. My question is should I start putting offers directly in those letters? I get alot of people who are responding but want market value or above. Lots of tire kickers. Would this help weed those out?

Hi Bp,

I am new to wholesaling. I am currently running a direct mail campaign. Ive had about 10 calls for 80 letters. Pretty good. However, today someone me screaming angrily that is was not and will never be for sale. Is this a common occurrence? Why not just throw away the letter haha
