I originally joined biggerpockets in 2010, I heard of the site ironically enough after attending a guru seminar in which I almost spent 25K. I never took advantage of the great information the site had to offer until recently. I have been listening to the podcasts (which are Awesome) as well as reading several books. I'm hoping to connect with people in the Jacksonville and Saint Augustine areas of Florida. My interests are Buy and Hold.

I am new to real estate investing and in need of a mentor. So many questions! Not sure where to start! Help! Thanks in advance.Donna :roll:
