I own 36 units and was using Microsoft money to track my income and expenses. I feel the need to upgrade and get serious about my software. Is quicken property management software any good? Goal is to own over 50 units personally. I don't manage for other people. What other software can help make my life easier Thanks
Does it make sense to have several LLC's. I have 36 units with 6 in one LLC and 30 in the other. I feel like my properties are at risk if something should happen with one of them? What do people do that have many units? Thanks

2014 F-150. I try and trade every 5 years as my truck is a tax deduction and I don't drive a lot of miles each year. Thinking about a tommy gate as I've recently had my 3rd abdominal hernia surgery... No more lifting fridges and stoves by myself.

Dude you got started and that's all that matters! $35k isn't going to break anyone and you should be very proud of yourself for turning that into 6 units. People who have to start from scratch have to be more creative than those with a silver spoon... Take your time now that you have 6 and pay off the credit cards. Once paid off do it again.
