Some people from my state of Ky. purchased a house on 12acres of land and had planned on subdeviding it in to building lots, however they failed to do their homework apparently because there is a main transmission line running across the property which thy later found that prevents them from subdeviding that land due to the easment. Have you heard of this before? :protest:

:lol: Hi ya'll, just another newbie trying to soak all the free education that I can. Got a family to raise cant affofd much else. :violin:
Anyway glad to meet some new people with same intrest, the closest REIA is two hours away , will be nice to network with so many from the convience of home! I'm from the OHIO river valley region,would be absolutly delighted to hear from anyone else from around here, doesn't
matter anywhere else would be good too!!! Actually I'm from Northeastern KY.
I really am looking forward to the educational possibilities!!! I love lernin about this real estate stuff,my wife says I'm posessed with it, thats OK too. I'm still working on her ,she'll come around sooner or later. I also love Rockin-Blues music,Salmon fishin, and Educated Persistence. Not your typical KY hillbilly, but I do love it here.
