Hi, I'm Wayne from Vancouver BC. I stumbled into into real estate (I have 3 properties, 2 of which I live in), and kinda now working backwards to learn the fundamentals - thus how I came to BiggerPockets. As I learn more, I'm becoming more interested in REI as a form of investing for me, especially the BRRR method. With Vancouver being very high priced these days, I'm looking to expand. The areas I'm looking at are the Okanagan, Whistler, and Montreal.
I would love to connect with more people in the Okanagan area (particularly Kelowna), and looking for like minded people to learn from! I also want to learn how to build a team from distance (in any of the above areas).
