Hi, has anyone used lead mining pros? Either for SMS texting or cold calling. If so, would you recommend the company?  

At this point I'm dedicated to learning it so I think I'm just going to start taking coaching classes provided by Brain Iregbu he seems to be very well versed in the topic and the coaching is affordable. I don't think a book is going to give me everything I'm looking for. Somethings I guess you just have to pay for and see it as a investment into your future. 

Yes, I read that one already I'm looking for more books on the topic. I going to read it again. 

Hi BiggerPockets family. When trying to learn about subject to what books would you recommend? There doesn't seem to be too many books on this topic. Should I head to the library instead of searching on Amazon and Kindle?  

Investors and those of you who have worked with investors . When it comes to wholesaling when I'm calculating my numbers how much should I take into consideration concerning the profit that the end buyer  should make? Taking into consideration that the end buyer is rehabbing the property? I've heard people say 30% is this true? 

How many wholesalers have been very successful at performing "subject to" transactions? What would you say were your biggest challenges? What books or information would you recommend I read to help me get a better understanding of the process?

Hi group, what books, seminars, and podcast would you recommend for a person to study/listen to if they are interested in acquiring multi-family properties? I'm talking information that will directly correlate to the successful purchase of the property, effective ways to manage the property, how to deal with tenants, and information regarding how to do an effective cost analysis on the property? I'm currently reading the ABC's of real estate investing. And I plan to read the ABC's of property management and the advance guide to real estate investing by Ken McElroy.
