Can anyone point me in the right direction for a previous blog or literature to gain knowledge on self directed accounts for real estate investing? I don't know the difference between ira or solo. Which would be best for investing in real estate.

This will be my first in this area. I was going to do a walk through if my offer is accepted.

Hello, My name is William Baptist.  I am new to the real estate investing.  I am interested in investing in duplexes quads and partnering on multifamily units.  Lastly I am in search of a mentor that has experience in multifamily unit investing.  

Does anyone know of someone in the El Paso, TX area that could be of assistance on this journey?

To be ready at a moments notice for good deals, I have heard of obtaining a line of credit. Can anyone explain to me how this process works, requirements and fees? Suggestions?
