@Joseph Wilson  I would just google title companies in your area and then call them.

@Jim Wilson I realize that you're a realtor, but is it necessary to have a realtor to contact the bank?  Or are you talking about finding a realtor to get the listing from the bank?

@Amber Stout Welcome to BP and good luck with your investing. I've found that attending local REIA meetings are a great way to network and talk to people about what they do and what they need. I attended the Suncoast REIA meeting last night and made a few good connections.

Just make sure to take action steps, because sometimes people get hung up in the analysis part.  As Pete Fortunato says, make sure you tell everyone you talk to what you're doing in RE.  You're planting seeds now and who knows who you'll run into or will call you even years from now!

I am wondering, do you use a website to buy your inventory ?  (which website)
How do they deliver big order ? private shipper ? Palatalized ? etc

I'm interested in finding out about this too.  Thanks for posting.

@Gina Shields welcome to BP and thanks for introducing yourself. Good luck with your RE goals and congrats on buying your first foreclosure. Hopefully it will be your first of many. Btw, gotta love that on the job training you're experiencing. Great attitude that you view it as a learning opportunity...you will go far with that!

@Jackson Wells Welcome to the BP site.  Read as much as you can, ask questions and listen to podcasts.  I've been able to learn a ton that way and people on this site are willing to help answer questions you have.  Best of luck with your goals!
