Workshop: Crash Course in Finding and Closing your First Deal!

Saturday, April 17, 2021 | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Join us Live In-Person for this Event or on Zoom! You’ve attended dozens of workshops and webinars. You’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts. You’ve YouTubed until your eyes watered. You know you’re ready to jump into Real Estate Investing, but you haven’t pulled the trigger. Or maybe you’ve done a deal or two, and are trying to learn from the experiences and figure out how to organize everything into a viable business. If that’s you, then join us on Saturday, April 17 where we’ll share the roadmap to success in Real Estate Investing! This workshop will be much more “work” and much less “shop”. You’ll actually accomplish at least one step towards your business goals, if not many steps. Come prepared with your questions, and be ready to dig into the details. Bring your phone scripts if you want to role play. Bring your contracts if you want to figure out how to best market them. Secrets of the Real Estate Mind: How do you prepare for a successful real estate investing business? Learn how to identify what's important, keeping a strong focus on your WHY. How do you frame the context of what you want to accomplish against what you truly believe you can do? Learn how to set the right goals to achieve your dreams!

Principal Real Estate Investing Pillars: What knowledge is necessary to become a successful real estate investor? We all know it's more than "I want to buy a house and fix it up", or "I need to find a deal and sell the contract." Learn about the fundamentals of real estate investing - from marketing techniques to negotiation tactics, to tools and systems to manage your information - and solidify the foundation on which to build your business.

Know Your Numbers: All deals start with a successful offer. Buy a property at the right price and you tip the odds in your favor of a big payout. Buy a property at the wrong price and you invite disaster. Learn the ins and outs of successfully arriving at that number to create the best possible win-win for you and your seller!

You’ll hear from multiple speakers, effectively walking a deal all the way through from inception to completion. You’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions on the presentation or specific questions on your business.

Here at MREI; it’s our job to keep you up to date on the best ways to make money in real estate, no matter what’s happening ‘out there’.

And this month, we’re doing that by bringing you one of the most experienced wholesalers in the U.S., to share her experiences and advice about building your wholesaling business during the very-different 2021 market.

Vena has an all-new presentation for us that will show you:

- Why wholesaling may be the strategy that saves you in a tough economy(it saved her in 2008-2010, and she’ll show you how)

- What’s going to be very different about the next 24 months or so for wholesalers.Hint: it’s who your best buyers are.

- The one skill that will make or break your wholesaling income right now

- What’s happening with sellers right now: they’re selling, but for different reasons than before

- Why it’s more important than ever WHEN you get paid your assignment fee

- Plus, she’ll answer questions about the current market!

We just purchased a home in Verrado (Buckeye) - it's pretty and charming.   Glad to be a part timer in AZ now -  Always looking for deals in Metro Detroit or Phoenix now.

Rewards must come with hard work.  I drove a pretty cheap car until about 8 years ago - in my 40s.  Now I drive nice cars but I do still buy them about 2 years old.
