I was just wondering if anyone had any real estate investing books they would be willing to sell?

I am looking for this book in particular...
Flip : How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit

I am also planning on buying J Scott's book as well....

I am also open to any other book that you may want to sell as well

I am looking to start investing in real estate because I have wanted to for a long time and because I will NOT live paycheck to paycheck.

The problem I have is where to start or what plan to follow? I know that for every person their plan will ultimately be different than the next person but even just a general guidepost that I could follow would be wonderful.

I know that I still have some learning to do especially with the language of real estate but there are so many books and forums and blogs etc., out there that I do not know which ones to read and which ones to not waste my time with.

I also do not have a lot of disposable income so am looking to start out small maybe with mobile homes or single family homes to flip.

Any insight or information you guys can give me will be wonderful!

My biggest question I guess is where do you find these gurus that are located in the same area as you are?

I live in Kentucky and was wondering what you would do to go about having someone help you start out or at least be there to coach you through on things until you were able to get your feet wet. I understand there would be some sort of fee for this because their time is immeasurable but if anyone could shed some light I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks

Hi, my name is David and I am new here and new to investing. The question I would like to ask is where do I turn or where do I look for a reputable source to help get me started into investing so that I can create an empire! :)
