Yes Sir, I believe she is working with an agent and the property does need some work. She just wants to pay off the remaining balance on the loan of $125,000

I am currently in the process of purchasing a multifamily, I do not have enough for closing however my realtor explained if we increase the selling price the seller may be willing to cover all closing cost. How should I proceed?
