Hello! My name is Wes and I live in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro. I am a not a total newbie to real estate investing, but I have plenty to learn. I have done a couple of real estate deals in my life, but it has always been a through family and friends.
I have made the decision to refocus how I am spending my time to make income and transition from the "9 to 5" to more control of my time, relationships and income ability. I have always had a fond interest in many forms of REI and I look forward to sharing my journey, thoughts, experience and knowledge with other BP users.
My History:
I currently work for a corporation that specializes in Financial Software. I am an Advisor/Sr. Consultant for the company and have done well. I have done a few deals with family and friends that has been both profitable and "learning experiences". I live in Gilbert, AZ with my partner and bulldog. We own our house and one rental in Chandler.
Im looking forward to getting more active in REI especially in the wholesaling, tax lien and rehab areas.
My Goals:
1.) Reclaim time with my family by being home more often and exit the "9 to 5".
2.) Take control of people that I want to work with and not be assigned who i will work with.
3.) Achieve a long time goal REI full time as my primary source of income.
4.) Sharing knowledge and deals with like-minded people sharing the same goals.
5.) Someday helping others achieve the same goal I am moving towards.
